Redline Recreational Toys Files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, Plans to continue operations.
On June 20, 2024 (the “Petition Date”), Redline filed a petition for relief under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho, commencing Chapter 11 Case No. 24-bk-00388-ngh. Redline remains in possession of its estate and is operating its businesses. Redline is using chapter 11 to reorganize its business and restructure certain of its liabilities. Part of its plan of reorganization is to continue to operate the Redline membership platform and continue to offer its membership benefits to its members. The chapter 11 docket will include voluminous pleadings and filings related to the Chapter 11 Case, the plan, and other matters. Redline will post all filings in chronological order below.
